Living in the Frequency of the Wish Fulfilled
Neville Goddard said it best: assume the feeling of the wish fulfilled, and don’t look back. No half-measures. No peeking for signs. No “maybe one day.” You live it now. You breathe it now. You are it now.
And when you do? Reality has no choice but to rearrange itself around you.
Goddard uses the example of winning the lottery - it wasn’t “luck” or “chance” - you only win because you feel and inhabit the frequency and state of the winner. It’s about becoming the one who already won. It’s about embodying the “I Am” so completely that checking for proof feels silly—because you already know.
Identity Shifting, Quantum Leaping, Timeline Hopping
Different teachers call it different things—identity shifting, quantum leaping, reality transurfing—but the essence is the same. You shift your state, and the world shifts with you.
You don’t grind for it. You don’t wait for permission. You step into the parallel version of you that’s already living it, and suddenly the old you feels like someone you once knew.
Our Real-Life Leap
When my husband and I looked back over the past year through this lens, we laughed because we were thinking that we wanted to make a quantum shift to expand our current reality —for example, we’re now imagining our next dream house, walking through it in our minds, sitting on the deck, smelling the sea breeze. We know it’s ours. We’ve already found the land, met the architects, the builders, the carpenter, the gardener. It’s lined up like dominoes ready to fall — but the wild part? We realised during that reflection that we had already leapt several timelines in ways we didn’t even notice.
We wake up every morning with full freedom. No alarms. No “must do’s.” Just complete and utter freedom of choice.
We travel the world in luxury, as this is our new normal.
We’re surrounded by friends who get it, who vibe with our higher selves. The rest simply dissolved away.
Our son is thriving in a private nature school that once not only didn’t even exist yet, but the idea of it seemed totally out of reach, but now it feels like it was built with him in mind.
We don’t work for money - we occupy our time with things we enjoy and money comes to us in a miriad of ways that don’t require the trading of time or effort for money.
We live by the ocean, are nourished by fresh food, get an abundance of sunlight and fresh air, and are surrounded by neighbours who wave and smile.
What used to feel like the future? It’s our normal now.
Closing the Old Door
Abdullah—Neville’s mentor—taught: when you enter the new state, close the old door. Don’t look back. Don’t hedge your bets.
For the longest time, I thought the door I had to close next was “working for money.” But when I really looked at my life, I realised—it’s already long been closed, for at least three years at this point.
How did that happen when it wasn’t even a specific personal goal, announced out loud and efforted towards? It must have been my heart’s desire, it must have been part of the journey to achieving our personal goals because it just happened without me even noticing. Money arrived, it multiplied, was spent, invested and shared, and yet it’s all still here—despite us living, travelling, enjoying. Even the activities that I do and which are sometimes given away free of charge and sometimes bring in appreciation in the form of money—mentorship, coaching, trading—aren’t actually “work” because I don’t hustle for them to be, I don’t market myself, I don’t effort in the quest for clients or opportunities, I simply enjoy my moments day-by-day, and if someone comes into my space who wants to appreciate my value to them in the form of money, then I let it in. These activities are pure play. They’re value exchange. They’re joy.
So that old door? Well closed.
The Expanding Edge
And here’s the thing: desire never stops. Consciousness is infinite. What we once thought was extraordinary has become our baseline, and from here, more is opening.
That’s the beauty of this practice. You’re not trying to “get” there. You’re already there. And from this “there”, another horizon opens.
The Practice (in my words)
Assume it. Don’t wait. Don’t ask. Step into it.
Stop looking for signs. The proof is you. The rest will catch up.
Live as though. Make your choices from the new reality, not the old one.
Close the door. Declare the old identity finished.
Expand. When your dream becomes normal, let the next dream in.
✨ This is the law. This is the leap. This is the magic.
Not because we’re special, but because consciousness is. You don’t have to strain or struggle—you just have to be.
So, the real question is:
Who are you going to wake up as tomorrow?
